Bethesda construction update: Cheval Bethesda condos lobby/retail (Photos)

The grand lobby of the future Cheval Bethesda ultra-luxury condo tower is now under construction, as well as the building's ground floor retail space. There's progress in both, but the lobby appears to be slightly further ahead. First move-ins are expected as early as February at the Duball, LLC project, which upon completion will be the tallest condo building in Bethesda.
