Hyatt Regency Bethesda lights up for Christmas (Photos)

Just in time for Christmas, we find out that the new LED accent lighting on the exterior of the Hyatt Regency Bethesda hotel can be customized. The hotel is now sporting red and green Christmas lights in a candy cane pattern.

Fun but tacky! Like my neighbor’s blow up snoopy and crazy lighting.

Photos of construction sites and Christmas lights at 3 AM.

Reports of businesses closing based on notices posted several weeks ago.

The now-occasional crime report unattributed to the MCPD.

Daytime images from Google Street View, also unattributed.

That's what this blog has become.

    Edward O'Pando closing!

Oh, noes! The Riches are leaving MoCo!

Robert posts iPhone pictures of hotels yet criticizes Council members who have initiative to pursue a doctorate on their own time. Sounds to me like some career goals wouldn’t hurt you, Robert. A weird YouTube channel and a bizarre blog aren’t really cutting it.

Again, what is the purpose of posting three nearly identical photos?

9:29 AM It's so irrelevant that you're here throughout the day, refreshing this site and others on the Suburban News Network.

Same reason Dyer watches his precious council one supposes.

  7. 9:57AM - I only read this one. Like others, I "stop by" during the day, but not all day, and not everyday. Why do you think my viewing habits are any of your business?

Perhaps you're remembering the EastMoCo blog?
You know, the time that Dyer went to a website that I do not frequent to assail me. That behavior was disturbing and twisted.

11:25 AM A few dozen readers? You don't get out much in Bethesda, right? Get real.

11:20 AM Your hate reading of Dyer's sites is certainly disturbing and twisted.

  9. 11:56 - you just can't handle the idea that I read only this one blog, can you?
Weird how everyone here is so concerned what, when, which and how often I read websites.

Only the man who posts as "Anna" can turn a wonderful post about Christmas lights into unpacking all of his resentments against Robert Dyer. It's the holidays, give your personal attacks against Robert a rest.

  11. Oh for heavens sake, 1:21PM. Careful, your misogyny is showing. And on National Cookie Exchange Day. Tsk. It's also National Mathemetics Day, tho I'm probably the only one here celebrating it.

My post was about liking the lights

I like the lights. It's a fun look.

  13. I posted that in my opinion your blog is becoming irrelevant.

That's it, no personal insults, no threats, no mention of your age, no mention of your education. Just a brief opinion statement.

    But it's deleted again.

All over one little word. Irrelevant.

    Sigh.

  14. The lights are a nice touch. I can see them from my condo.
