Kuya Ja's Lechon Belly to open at White Flint Plaza this Spring
Kuya Ja's Lechon Belly has been serving Filipino specialties at a pop-up location inside Gwenie's Desserts at 12113 Nebel Street in North Bethesda. Now the owner is gearing up to launch a stand-alone restaurant in White Flint Plaza this Spring. According to the owner, the current pop-up will only continue for a few more weeks, before changing over to the new carryout restaurant. The restaurant will be at 5268-H Nicholson Lane.
Looking forward to Robert's update on the new police station!
ReplyDeleteYou mean the one that the slightly “failing magazine “ reported today?? smh
DeleteDoesn't sound very appetizing
ReplyDeleteWhat are you insinuating NewRugby?
ReplyDeleteWhat does a Filipino restaurant have to do with the police station?
Which space will they be occupying? Next to Mathnasium?

ReplyDeletei see the "failing magazine" is encroaching on Dyer's turf of local deaths. Although they seem to be taking a different (dignified) approach in the reporting.
5:27 AM Was Hans Riemer there? Given he was arrested earlier this year, he'd be the best councilmember to inspect the new jail cells.
ReplyDelete2:00: They probably were an upgrade from his cell in D.C. last December. Considering "Helpless Hans'" penchant for getting arrested, his tour of the new police station probably lasted a bit longer than the rest of the crowd's. LOL
ReplyDelete1:24: You mean like when they publicized a suicide before the family went public? Not what I would call "dignified."
