DeleteTo make it work, they need to:
ReplyDelete- Focus on happy hour. They have a great outside terrace so get the after-work crowd.
- Make the menu less confusing. I don't know if it was just the font and layout, but it was difficult to figure out.

ReplyDeleteIf you walked by the restaurant and it was actually open, then why did you need to contact an employee at their DC location to confirm that? Why not just walk inside?
7:25: Very simple: There was no sign saying open. However, a small group of diners were at a table inside. It wasn't clear if it was a private, friends-and-family preview, or if it was actually open. Walk inside? You mean like walking inside Sears before reporting they've closed?

ReplyDeleteSure. I've done that several times, and asked, "excuse me, are you open?" and never received any kind of negative reaction.
