First look: Gallery Bethesda II luxury apartment tower lobby (Photos)

Here's an exclusive first look at the lobby of the new Gallery Bethesda II on Rugby Avenue in downtown Bethesda. Gallery Bethesda I had one of the grandest lobbies of the post-Great Recession building, so it's interesting to see how this one compares. The Donohoe-developed building is scheduled to open this month.

"Anonymous" is peanut butter and jealous, as usual.

  2. "so it's interesting to see how this one compares" It's like an unfinished thought!

Well...how does it compare to Gallery I?

How is this exclusive? I can walk over there right now and see the same exact view.

2:05pm you could also attend every wizards, caps, Nationals, DC United, DC spirit, mystics game. Why does the Post report on these games? You're so right troll!

Good point. Every morning I check the Post for their "exclusive" score report. Apparently I haven't understood that word at all for years! Oh wait....not me...you. I'd call you an idiot but you might not pick up on that one, either.

The retail here is so much better than the rest of old ragged Woodmont Triangle. I am hoping for some fresh new restaurant/bar to move in.

    That looks cheap, not upscale.

Anna, you don't understand english. "Interesting to see how it compares" is a declarative scentence. You must be young and unable to think for yourself. You need to be told what the comparison is but it's not meant to tell you that. You can't figure it out because you are stupid honey.

  7. 7:50PM - Of course I understand English. And we all know I'm middle-aged. The author wrote "so it's interesting to see how this one compares," yet didn't elaborate on any comparisons to "grandest lobbies of the post-Great Recession building" of Gallery I.

To me, it was an unfinished thought.

The moment you think I'm stupid, I've already outsmarted you.

  8. 7:50PM - I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that a person calling someone else stupid, should probably spell-check their rant.

    It's S-E-N-T-E-N-C-E.
The "e" in English should be capitalized

    You're welcome.

Sure, Mr. Hobo @ 10:50 PM EST, it's a "declarative sentence". But the pronoun reference in it is unclear, and ridiculously so.

  10. 10:56AM - Reading comprehension! You missed the reference to "exclusive."

But even skipping that reference, there's the whole cost vs free thing.

Hey, Dyer - why can't you make the commenting order the same for both the "web" version and mobile version of your blog?

Because it's not clear to whom you are responding in your comment from your cellphone posted at 8:34 PM (11:34 PM EST).
