Tips to Toes, a nail salon forced out of its space by construction of the relocated Marriott International headquarters in downtown Bethesda, is now available for sale
according to an online listing. The salon's current location is at 4715 Cordell Avenue, and it remains open for business. According to the listing, the sale price is $108,000.
Hhaha, I like how the listing says "for the right operator" it can be a million dollars/year revenue salon. Sure.. then why sell it if it has such potential?
