Noisy night outside Tastee Diner in Bethesda (Video+Photos)
Utility crews stirred up quite a racket outside the Tastee Diner last night in downtown Bethesda. Let's take a look.

I'm just really curious why you think you know of every single person Dyer has met or been introduced to at every single event or gathering that Dyer has ever been to in his whole life. Seems like a stretch.
