The Starbucks at 7700 Norfolk Avenue was forced to open a half hour late at 5:30 AM this morning due to "interrupted water service," according to a sign posted on the door. It did not mention if the water outage was due to utility work by WSSC or related to the Marriott construction across the street. The store is expected to be open normal hours for the rest of the day.
