The Bethesda Bazaar to replace convenience store

What started off as a renovation is going to end as a new business at 8006 Norfolk Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The Bethesda Mini Mart convenience store closed about a month ago. Now I've learned it will be replaced by The Bethesda Bazaar this fall.

The new store will be an organic market. It will continue to offer beer and wine sales, but promises more upscale breweries and labels. They will also carry a selection of fine teas. Stay tuned for an opening date.

Does this mean that BTB and his band of merry men only have 7/11 now for M&M's while gallivanting around WT at night? The MoCo cartel is at it again while ignoring all the rapes by "undocumented" people.

Local media isn't saying anything about these illegal monsters in our midst. Typical. Good thing Fox News is shining a light. Cops are leaking. Good. At this rate, we will have another Kate Steinle here.

  2. So it will be a grocery market plus beer and wine? That would be a good edition. Nothing against Harris Teeter or Giant, but a little grocer right in Woodmont Triangle would be really convenient.

Agreed, Suze. Even more so with all the coming development in the next few years.
