Here's the first look inside
Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, which opened yesterday at 4918 Elm Street at Bethesda Row, next to Mamma Lucia. Customers split up between those being served for custom orders at the counter, and those buying ready-packed ice cream pints, which are available in a standalone freezer.
Opening in the winter will test their viability.
