Avocet Tower is now about seven stories above street level at the corner of Wisconsin and Montgomery Avenues in downtown Bethesda. The StonebridgeCarras office project will be much taller than that when completed next year, at a height of 300'. It will include 370,000 SF of office space, and a 220-room AC by Marriott hotel.
