Bethesda Exxon station site acquired by Donohoe

Donohoe has purchased the gas station property at 8240 Wisconsin Avenue in downtown Bethesda, through an LLC entity. The Bethesda-based estate development, management and construction firm has long planned to redevelop the site as an office or biotech building, which would be addressed as 8280 Wisconsin. About a month after the sale closed earlier this summer, the gas station on the property switched branding from Sunoco to Exxon. The property sold for $11,425,000, according to Maryland real estate records.

    1. For the love of your car please don’t take it through that kind of car wash.

strange - we have so many car dealerships, and only one car wash, soon to go.

  2. @4:36 PM, That's not the last car wash. The Sunoco station 8216 Wisconsin Ave has a car wash.

  4. @METaphor, I got the address wrong, I'm referring to the Sunoco at 8240 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, that has a car wash, and maybe the last in Bethesda.
