A parcel in the industrial area in the 5200 block of River Road has changed hands. 5202 River Road was sold to Kenwood River Road Associates, LLC for $4,475,000 on October 1, 2020, according to Maryland real estate records. That was quite a return on the investment of 5202 River Road Tri-Members, LLC, which purchased the property for "only" $1.7 million in 2004.
