Paragon Title at 7415 Arlington Road in downtown Bethesda has been offering several options to clients during the coronavirus pandemic, including curbside closings. Now they are preparing to add another one. The firm has requested permission from Montgomery County to erect an outdoor tent on their private parking lot, to provide another open-air option for settlements.
