Rockville Pike (MD 355) had already received a layer of deicing solution between Rockville and downtown Bethesda last night, 24 hours before the storm was even expected to arrive.
Beware: That stuff is really bad for the underside of your car. If you drive through it, you will need to go to a carwash and have the underside cleaned, which usually costs extra.
