The La Madeleine restaurant property at 7607 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda has officially changed hands. It has been acquired by Washington Property Company of Bethesda, which plans to redevelop it as a mixed-use, high-rise building. The sale price was $13,100,000, according to Maryland real estate records.
