Giant has mailed out postcards announcing a "grand reopening" of the Bethesda Row store at 7142 Arlington Road. A team of workers descended on the parking lot out front last night, and worked through the night replacing signage and making other cosmetic changes at the store.
Perhaps they will soon devote equal effort to refreshing their stunted selections and their perpetually wan produce sections.
