The second floor over The Shop Salon at 8227 Woodmont Avenue has had several tenants since I started this blog, and now it's ready for another. Most recently home to a nail salon, the space is now for lease. The property owner is marketing it as a turnkey opportunity, with the nail salon equipment already in place.
