Woodmont Avenue resurfacing underway near Bethesda Row
The resurfacing project that began on Bethesda Avenue last week has expanded to Woodmont Avenue in the vicinity of Hampden Lane and Elm Street. Milling has temporarily left a rough surface there.
Now it matches the horrible pavement quality over on Arlington Road.
