Cafe X-Press to reopen in Bethesda with new management

Cafe X-Press closed at 8000 Norfolk Avenue this past summer. The popular deli is now set to return in the near future under new management. Brown paper has been placed over the windows, suggesting the interior may get a freshening before the reopening.
