2nd degree assault inside parking garage at Bethesda apartment complex

Montgomery County police were called to the Montgomery Apartments at 6425 Rock Forest Drive in Bethesda Sunday night, after a 2nd degree assault was reported inside the property's parking garage. The victim reported the assault at 8:47 PM, according to crime data.
