One of the most frequent questions I get from readers is in regard to the opening of Orangetheory Fitness at the 8001 Woodmont apartments. Even after the development's anchor tenant Trader Joe's began construction of its store, there was still no activity at the Orangetheory space that fronts onto Woodmont, and the windows were then covered with leasing advertisements for the apartments upstairs. Yesterday, Orangetheory did confirm that it is now beginning construction in the space.
Social media accounts for the studio also activated yesterday. While the first posts did not mention the construction starting, they did promote an impending announcement about special rates for inaugural members who sign up early.
