Here's another "sign" of Elm Street's continued growth as a new spa destination. The permanent sign has been installed at the latest addition to the collection of cosmetic and wellness spas in that corridor, Prime IV Hydration & Wellness. Prime IV will open soon at 4923 Elm, in the Shoppes of Bethesda.
Why would you need to go to some sort of "wellness" facility to be hydrated?

Go home and have drink out of the tap for mere pennies instead of doing this scam. If you insist on it, you can also pick up a multivitamin after using a store coupon or at Costco in bulk.
