Assault in downtown Bethesda parking lot

Montgomery County police were called to the scene of a 2nd-degree assault in a parking lot in downtown Bethesda late Tuesday afternoon. The assault was reported in a commercial parking lot in the 7100 block of Arlington Road at 5:57 PM, according to crime data. Giant has the only parking lot on that block.
