Bethesda Vapor Company has been in business for nearly a decade at 4823-B Fairmont Avenue. The smoke shop even managed to survive the pandemic lockdowns and a crackdown on vaping by Montgomery County. But the owners say their eight year run will come to an end by April 30, 2022. The venture certainly qualifies as a success in a downtown where some businesses only last a few months.
