The shocking closure of The Jewelry Exchange has left a vacuum in downtown Bethesda, and a new jewelry store is coming to fill it. Brilliant Earth is moving into the fourth floor at 4733 Elm Street. Signage has been installed just below the roofline of the building, which also boasts the soon-to-open Mexicue. Brilliant Earth specializes in engagement and wedding rings, fine jewelry and gifts, and has an existing location in Georgetown.
