The property is across from Westfield Montgomery Mall and Home Depot, making the location a shopaholic's paradise. Foulger-Pratt is the developer of this project, which will house 343 apartments, a fitness center, a coworking lounge, a pool, a pet spa, a club room and an interior courtyard that will sport an outdoor fireplace, hammocks and barbecue grills. Delivery of the stack-and-pack-style development is anticipated for Q3 2023.
