Pickpocket strikes at Bethesda Row Giant
Montgomery County police responded to a report of a pickpocket incident at the Bethesda Row Giant Wednesday night, August 3, 2022. The incident was reported at the store, which is located at 7142 Arlington Road, at 8:14 PM. Watch your wallet, and don't leave purses unattended in shopping carts.
Do police reports consider wallets removed from unattended purses as a pickpocket? Knowing this would help determining if it was an actual pickpocket or a theft.
ReplyDeleteBest defense against the Pickpocketer is to have a second debit / credit card in a wallet in a front pocket and a spare key or keys also in a front pocket. It’s standard procedure for me !
ReplyDelete@2:23 PM - Who carry's their keys in their wallet?? No need for a spare.
