The roof has been installed atop each of the two buildings at the future Crescent at Chevy Chase development at 3929 Landmark Court, off of Connecticut Avenue at Chevy Chase Lake. Windows have been installed on the east building. Pre-leasing is now scheduled to begin on July 1, 2023; you can sign up to be notified on the development's official website. The building is expected to open late this fall.
