Yep. Drove by today. This is going to be a great option for downtown Bethesda. Butcher's Alley is a nice store and I got a nice skirt steak there recently. But as a customer of their McLean store for years, Organic Butcher really harkens back to the old days where the butcher knew his customer and more importantly, really knew his craft. Really full service. Welcome to this side of the river!
ReplyDeleteI've read so many recipes on Ms. Google that reference a cut of beef/pork that I don't see when I go to the grocery store. I can go here and find those cuts and talk to the folks that cut them. That's worth some extra money. Do they take EBT.
