Construction has begun at the former Drybar space at 4840 Bethesda Avenue at Bethesda Row, to convert it into Veronica Beard. A "coming soon" message has been posted in the storefront window. There's now a construction wall across the storefront, as well. This will be the women's apparel boutique's second D.C.-area location; the first is in Georgetown.
