As the weather turns warmer, the outdoor tables and chairs begin to come around Bethesda Row. Newcomer Foxtrot is joining the list of outdoor dining options this spring for the first time. Sidewalk seating has been set up in front of their market at 7262 Woodmont Avenue. And now they have meatballs.
