Workers removed the signage from the exterior of the former TAPP'D Bethesda restaurant at 4915 St. Elmo Avenue in Bethesda. Signage for the new tenant, On Saint Elmo restaurant and lounge, should be going up in its place. Construction of the interior of the new business is essentially complete. The space is most well known for its earlier tenants, The Shark Club and Union Jack's.

@ 6:57 PM - Opened May 2016, closed July 2019 - 3 years and 2 months.
ReplyDeleteIt's been closed - lying derelict with the sign still up - for longer than it was open. Lord & Taylor took their sign down promptly.
