Paris In Town is closed at 4903 Cordell Avenue in Bethesda. A sign in the window states that the French cafe is taking a "short summer break." The length of that break may be determined by whether or not the restaurant can pay over $70,000 in back rent. A Montgomery County District Court notice on the window of the restaurant indicates that a trial date regarding the unpaid rent has been set for August 4 at 1:30 PM. Paris In Town opened in April 2022.

ReplyDeleteOnce again the Smash Burger location claims another business. That location just cannot keep places. The landlord must be impossible
