The Gallery II has been slow to lease up its retail spaces compared to the adjacent Gallery I, but has picked up momentum in recent months with the arrival of Hotworx in September. Keller Williams Capital Properties is part of the Menkiti Group, a 100% minority-owned business headquartered in Washington, D.C. that has developed several major projects that include MLK Gateway, Bond Bread, The Yards Parcels G1 and G2 in partnership with Brookfield, and St. Elizabeths Parcels 7, 8, and 9.

I noticed that realtor Long & Foster moved out of their ground floor space in the base of the Darcy. I hope a better retail space, cafe or restaurant is leased in this space, directly across from the very busy Silver Diner.
