A nursing home on Bradley... Is it owned by HOC?

Curious. It was not dispatched over the air, at least not anywhere near that time. Nor was fire-rescue dispatched.

@6:02PM -We can see what your motive and point is, and it's inappropriate to say the least.

Ok, Mr county man or developer.

We really are left no choice but to consider County ineptness somewhere along the chain of events.

7:09 is a defender of the realm. Reading the latest headlines of total mismanagement of HOC and the council does make 6:02's comment relevant in a tongue & cheek sort of way but as usual the left has zero sense of humor when it comes to their institutions.

There is a very small memory care home/facility in the 7400 block of Bradley and an assisted care/senior care home in the 7700 block (presumably the site ID'd in this post). Both appear to be privately run facilities.

Ppl with memory issues and dementia can become belligerent as a result of their mental status, so the incident could be due to something like that.
