The EYA trailers placed at the construction site for The Brownstones at Westbard Square townhome development are getting a makeover to update them for the project at hand. Promotional wraps for the company's Tysons Ridge development were removed earlier this month, shortly after the trailers arrived on-site. Now branding for the Westbard development is being added. Maybe something more will be added to that large, blank panel on the right side of the door. The Brownstones at Westbard New Home Advisors are gearing up to begin welcoming prospective residents to the sales office next month.

EYA Westbard trailers get makeover in Bethesda (Photos)

I can't wait to get one of these beautiful brownstones. I'm going to buy one before they are even built. If they are half as nice as the beautiful retail space with the Giant, I might even get two and give one to my mamma. We can have elevator races in our townhouse. My only regret is that they can't fit an additional fifty or more townhomes in this space. I'd love to live in a 10 x 10 brownstone with 8 floors.
ReplyDeleteWill they have rooftop seating areas that will go unused, so so many EYA developments?
DeleteWe were all told that Giant grocery employees would live in these new homes. Will be interesting to see how many cashiers, butchers and cart collectors get a new townhouse.
ReplyDeleteNo worries, Elrich & Moore will raise wages for grocery store employees so they'll be able to afford these Brownstones that start at around a million. Zero-sum-gain for those in charge who will always fail at actual economics.
ReplyDeleteLiterally no one has suggested cashiers are buying brownstones. Can you trolls please lay off the pipe?
ReplyDelete5:47: That was actually a major talking point used by the Planning Department, County Council, and Greater Greater Washington during the 2014-16 Westbard sector plan process - that Giant workers would be able to live in the Westbard Square development if the plan was passed.
