Spidey sense is beginning to notice an unappealing trend with that particular location.

Funny, River Road and the several 7-Elevens in Kensington seem to not be especial crime magnets, but this Wisconsin Avenue spot certainly appears to draw to an unsavory stratum. I wonder if that dark, cramped parking lot plays any role.

The aggressive beggars who position themselves at the entrances of the 7 Eleven and CVS across the street aren't helping the business.

  4. You would think the police, two blocks away from there, would want to step up their patrol.
    Seems to be almost nightly.

Their close proximity means nothing when they cruise and park with their blue lights announcing their presence. It's not about catching criminals anymore, it's about hoping you don't encounter perps on your shift, and try to scare them into another area.

River Road requires a car to get to, so most troublemakers aren't going to show up there.

Isn't this the same 7-11 that had an incident about a week ago?

11:44 AM It seems that this location has become the epicenter of criminal activity.
I suppose the police does not get the daily coffee and donuts from this location.
