The Landmark Bethesda Row Cinema movie theater is already hidden behind the Purple Line construction site at the corner of Woodmont and Bethesda Avenues. But its long-malfunctioning signs aren't helping draw attention as much as they could if fully-operational. Parts of the vertical sign that face traffic on Woodmont Avenue don't light up, and the most the marquee could manage on a recent evening was "Now." Previously, the digital marquee would cycle through the current list of titles being screened.

Broken window theory.

DeleteLots more new graffiti on the CCT. Just saying....
DeleteI was there when they hung that sign up. Time sure does fly when your hometown descends into a dumpster fire.
ReplyDelete...is something JAC clearly doesn't understand the definition of.
ReplyDelete6:37 - I'm quite aware. Thanks!
DeleteNo, you clearly don't, JAC.
DeleteWonder if they have gotten funds from county given the Purple line construction. I try to use the theater but am concerned it is not very active.
