A year ago, a complex structures review of post-tension modifications to the 2nd-floor concrete slab was conducted at the property. Windows on the second floor were then boarded up, and work on a new lobby entrance canopy was to begin. Fast forwarding to yesterday, the sidewalk on Woodmont Avenue was closed, as a crew was performing extensive work in that area of the building.

They really need to power wash that dirty precast and maybe even paint it like they did at the Clark Building and 4800 Hampden Lane.
