Pure Green Juice Bar opening in Bethesda

Pure Green Juice Bar
is coming soon to downtown Bethesda. It will be located at 7900 Wisconsin Avenue, in the ground floor of the 8001 Woodmont apartment building. Pure Green serves juices, cold-pressed shots, smoothies, and acai and pitaya bowls. "Our juice shop is a bright and welcoming oasis, where the aromas of fresh fruits and vegetables greet you as you walk in," the chain said in a message promoting the future location. "Conveniently located in the heart of Bethesda, we’re your go-to spot whether you’re on your way to work, finishing up a workout, or just exploring the local area."

Amazing how long it took JBG Smith to fill that retail space. Compared to how retail tenants seem to line up to get into Bethesda Row. I think Federal Realty has a much stronger leasing team.

Just an observation on the strength of leasing. Federal Realty seems to focus on the operation of a large number of retail centers, and hence access to many national retailers. On the other hand, JBG Smith seems to spread their energy between corporate offices, residential, sports facilities, and then retail and restaurants to support the first three.

  2. I am happy to see grass-fed whey here. Looks like they have quite a few franchise locations around the country. Marketed correctly, this could do very well indeed.

Grass-fed whey, do they feed the carrots that too?

I’m just saying that Federal Realty really focuses of retail and restaurant leasing in their large number of shopping centers. JBG Smith seems to focus on corporate offices, multi-family residential, maybe a stadium here and there, and retail and restaurant uses in support of the first three.
