New McDonald's now hiring in White Flint (Photos)

The new McDonald's restaurant at 11710 Rockville Pike in White Flint is now hiring for all positions. Interested prospective employees can interview every Wednesday between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, according to banners posted at the construction site (seen in the photos above and below). As you can see, the building is nearing completion, but there is still work to be done on the parking lot and landscaping around the exterior. Now added since my last update: the weather canopies above the two drive-thru windows.

Will they have difficulty finding prospective employees like the stalled discount grocery store on OGTR in downtown Bethesda?

'They' can say North Bethesda all they want and they can rename the Metro station to NB, but White Flint as the name still appears throughout the privately owned real estate and area. 'North Bethesda' is some real estate developers' invention to add $ and ostensible value to what is more accurately
South Rockville. Pike and Rose, will forever be in WF, as far as I'm concerned! And that's being gratuitous; South Rockville is far more accurate.

7:39 PM Agree! That whole area used to be Rockville (with or without the "South" descriptor)

As a long time (48 years) of Bethesda, I can say with certitude that the northern boundary of Bethesda is just before the Beltway.

    1. I would pick Tuckerman Lane as the northern boundary of Bethesda, so as to include the Grosvenor Apartments and a small chunk of the Beltway.
