Rosetta is now open at 4901-A Fairmont Avenue in downtown Bethesda. The Italian bakery "brings the authentic flavors of Milan to Bethesda with fresh pastries, signature focaccia, rich espresso, and all the sweet moments Rosetta is known for," the Miami-based chain said in a statement announcing the opening. Rosetta is named for the bread used in its signature sandwich menu item. See a preview of the menu boards below. The Bethesda location has established a partnership with the Best Buddies organization.
Just across the street at 7901 Norfolk a wonderful new concept called Third Place For Kids is set to open in April ! This part of Bethesda is the place to be.

Please ignore this place, and Paris Baguette, and go to the locally owned Oo La La and Tout de Sweet instead.

Delete8:11 - And Paris Baguette is an overrated chain. Hard pass. And I know the family that owns Tout de Sweet. Many French folks I know in the area are big fans. I think Fresh Baguette is good as well.
DeleteI went in on Sunday and brought home a turkey sandwich, a couple small chocolate cream puffs, a slice of their pizza and a bottle of water (total price was about $40), but everything was delicious. Devoured the pizza immediately and saved the sandwich for dinner that night. Will definitely be going back!
