Construction continues on a 4-unit, 4-story luxury condo building at 4825 Montgomery Lane and West Lane in downtown Bethesda. Each level will consist of a single unit, at this stick-built project on the former site of a single-family home. Garage parking will be on the ground level, rather than underground.
Wouldn't that make it a five story high building, if the first floor is parking?
