The sign at the Cordell-St. Elmo public parking garage was damaged Tuesday. A panel with the Montgomery County seal has come off, and is propped up against the base of the sign. The lighted sign still works fine. It's unclear whether the damage was caused by heavy rain and blustery winds, or through vandalism.
Maybe Bob the Builder, it could be one of those MPDU dwellers acting up in downtown B?
