Most fans of Tastee Diner in Bethesda like the fact that it doesn't change. But this week, they made what passes for a drastic change at the venerable eatery at 7731 Woodmont Avenue. The white board outside with specials was replaced by an old-fashioned chalk board.
Why take the photo of the blackboard from that useless oblique angle?
