Bethesda construction update: Philz Coffee at Bethesda Row (Photos)

Here's where things stand inside the future Philz Coffee at 7247 Woodmont Avenue at Bethesda Row. You can see pillar artwork remaining from previous tenant Vino Volo. There's a long way to go here yet.
