I live in that block and was concerned. Call MCPD and they believe there is a clerical error somewhere. There we 2 calls that day to that block, but neither were anything like an assault or even a crime. Please recheck your source.
What were the calls for? 2 calls in one day for a street in that zip code is quite unusual.

no event in Cabin John is mentioned that week.
Not every incident is included in those summary reports. I'm still curious as to why the police would be called twice in one day to a street in Cabin John if nothing requiring police was taking place, as the commenter above suggested.
