BETHESDA ROW SIDEWALK RENOVATION (PHOTOS)
You can still get by on Elm Street, but some sidewalk work is underway along that block of Bethesda Row, by 100 Montaditos. It appears that new pavers are being installed. All businesses are open, and are unaffected by the work.
