HARP & FIDDLE
After Montgomery County's Nighttime Economy initiative flopped, several bars closed, including Ri-Ra. That leaves Flanagan's Harp & Fiddle as the only Irish bar in downtown Bethesda, meaning you'll have to stop in there at some point on March 17.
Harp & Fiddle will be going all out with live Irish music, bagpipers and Irish dancers all day. Of course there will be Guinness and Irish whiskey, and prizes and giveaways. If that isn't enough, the Jameson Girls will be in the house.

THE BARKING DOG
The Barking Dog will have Irish food, Irish whiskey specials and music all night March 17. Regular Guinness will be $6, and Blonde Guinness bottles will be $4.
